I agreed to pay my ex an large amount of money in the final decree. The pressure was to much and I caved in. How do I go about filing a motion to set aside this payment, or to have the amount reduced? What forms to I need, where do I begin tthe research to file a motion.
Divorce took place in Texas, I now live in Arizona
