How long must an obligee be cohabitating before termination of support is valid?

California:
If the obligee has been in a long term relationship and recently moved in with this person, how long must they be cohabitating before the court will recognize it as a ground for termination of spousal support?

Moving in with someone does not constitute cohabitation. Everyone on this forum knows what cohabitation means.

Have them provide you with a list of factors. Then try and prove any of them.
