How many times can you postpone a divorce?

What is the name of your state? Michigan My mother had to have a postponement for her divorce because the attorneys mother died. Now my stepfather wants to postpone it again because he is in Florida and doesn't want to come up yet. Can this court date be postponed again?

It can if the Judge deems it so, however, offer a telephonic conference if it is allowed in your state.
