What is the name of your state (only U.S. lawCalifornia

I have spoke with two lawyers and got different answers on how much I am required to pay. One was $1,900 and the other was $1,200 subtracting the salary she was making before she quit.

My salary is just of $6,000 per month gross, after our separation started my wife got a just, which she was earning $12.00 an hour, part time. She quite her job to go to the Philippines to be with some guy. Can some tell me an estimate I will pay (if any) to her?

You'll pay whatever the court says you're to pay. Until there's a court order, you don't have to pay anything.

And please don't open a new thread for every question. Keep everything together.

You really should hire a lawyer. With such a short marriage, you might not be paying ANY alimony if you can get yourself a decent lawyer.
