How much should I expect ?

What is the name of your state? Arizona, Maricopa County

Married 10 years , 3 children in common..5,7,9
I, the wife have been primarily a stay at home mother. I have done daycare in my home and worked occasional part time jobs to make ends meet during tough times.
Husband is an IT guy. His salay has varied from 45,000 to 65,000 over the past 4 years.
Ultimately he makes 23 per hour right now with generally at least 10 hours of overtime.
I make 85.00 per week babysitting. I am trying to build my chilcare clientelle back up, still I will ultimately make about 10.00 an hour at the most.

I am a full time nursing student too.

I originally asked for $300.00 per month for 18 months, but I wonder if I was cheating myself?

BTW, he has recently changed from standard visitation hours to shared parenting. I believe this is just a ploy to reduce child support to about 'nil. ( Even though they are with me 90 % of the time.

Your five year old will be back in school full time, if not already this year (mine had full day K5, following half day K4), then likely next, so you will have many options besides at-home childcare.

You will be a nurse, then why will you "make $10 an hour AT MOST"? Nurses can make well better than that, why will you "ultimately" be unable to make more than $10/hour?

Try legal aid...try getting help from family....or get a job and save up to afford an attorney.
