Husband has not paid my half of the assets he took

What is the name of your state? Arkansas/ Ex Florida
He moved to Florida from my home in Arkansas prior to divorce, found him a girlfriend and informed me I no longer fit into his lifestyle so I should get a divorce which I did. He refused to give me a quit claim deed so I could sell our home so I lost that as I am disabled. I got nothing. That was 4/2003 and I was awarded a judgement for the division of assets and alimony. He has paid partial alimony but nothing else. I had to take my decree to Florida to get it filed there. My question is can the original order be changed? I think the alimony could be reduced but the division of assets should remain the same based on the time he removed them. He claims all sorts of lies trying to convince me his $32,000 truck was wrecked so worth nothing (lie)and the hurricane damaged the boat and camper (lie). I am having to fight this pro se so no point in fighting his allegations if they can't be changed in the first place.

Can foreign state change decree?

Can Florida change terms set forth in original Arkansas divorce decree relating to division of assets taken from Arkansas and moved to Florida? Decree contains judgement for half of assets he took to Florida and he has tried for a year to convince me the assets are worth nothing which I don't think even matters because judgement was based on value at the time he took them.

Any changes would have to take place in Arkansas.

Why haven't you filed contempt of court against him in Arkansas?

Can foreign state change decree?

Have not filed contempt in Arkansas as he lives in Florida and will not come back to Arkansas. My only alternative was to get the decree into Florida courts where he resides in order to force him to pay it.
