husband still paying the bills

I live in oregon. my wife put a restraining order against me on grounds that are not true. i was forced to leave our home and two small boys. i get visitation with them every other weekend. on many occasions, she doesn't use the 3rd party liason set up to handle the exchange of the boys. she works part time, has her boyfriend living with her in our house, (he doesn't work) and i am paying house payments, her car payments, the utilities for her home, car insurance, etc. still. we have both also already filed for divorce, but my lawyer seems to be stalling on me. he even let me miss my 30 day window set up to contest the restraining order. i now have a new lawyer but he's slow with helping me. should i still be held accountable for paying all of her bills still? i hope to get the home back as part of the divorce. she can't even afford the payments on her income anyway. can i have my name removed from her car loan (joint loan) and can i have my name temporarily removed from the utilities/insurance and then have them put back on should i get the house back?
