New York, Suffolk County, i am a single parent, I have sole custody and am trying to make ends meet, i pay alimony to my soon to be ex wife who works as well as has a disability check comming each month, how do i stop alimony payments? is there anything that i can get the judge to listen to or am i stuck ? thank you
