if I marry someone paying spousal support

What is the name of your state? New Mexico

I have an income about 50% higher than my potential new spouse. He is currently obligated to pay spousal support which can be recalculated due to shange in circumstances. If we marry can his spousal support be increased due to my income?

Although getting married is a change in circumstance, it would be very odd for a judge to take your income into consideration in calculating spousal support. You would certainly have no obligation towards his spouse. There would have to be some unusual circumstances involved.
