Income deduction order

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Fl

I have a income deduction order issed in 97, with a current judgement for the arrearages from 92. I have issued the income deduction order with Notice to Payor, the arreages to SS, and they have issued a notice of intent to the Obligor. In 2003 i remarried , so since 92 until 2003 there was no payments. The court in 95-97 tried to garnish from SS but he was no collecting at that time. My question is since the laws on Income Deduction Orders are very clear on contesting. But since i got married does that affect the income deduction order, since the arrearage collected before i got married? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

No, your marriage does not affect any arrears owed from before your marriage. Those arrears can still be collected through an IDO.
