Income withholding order in arkansas

What is the name of your state? Arkansas

My husband & I divorced in November, and he agreed to pay spousal support of $3000 and 2 years of his thrift savings. He has not paid any money, I sent my divorce decree to DFAS to garnish his wages. They sent me a letter requesting an Income withholding order before they can process my complaint. My attorney wants $600 to file a motion, which I don't have. I was told by the courts here that I can file it myself but they can not assist me in doing this. Per lagal reasons. Does anyone know how I can go about doing this on my own? Or at least get me in the right direction. I went to the courthouse and can't find anything on my own. Do you think the library may have this information? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Try your state courts website. You will have to follow through to get a court order.

And yes, DFAS needs an income withholding order -- they can't just take calls from anyone and start garnishing servicemembers/federal employees.
