Hope someone can help. Here is the story

The ex-wife is in a court battle with her ex, over late and missing Child Support, Alimony, Attorney fees, etc. Her attorney released himself of the case for non-payment ( Not under her control, no money came in form the ex). The ex wife filed for and was approved for Indigent status to represent herself.

The ex-husband, who owns his own business but signed it over to this new wife and father upon commencement of the action, is trying to plead poverty. He just applied for indigent status.. He still have his lawyer...

How can he be indigent and pay his lawyer 250 an hour. I think he is setting things up so he wont have to pay judgements.... is all this legal>

Thanks so much
