Las Vegas, Nevada.

My husband pays child support for three children, however recently he was served with papers for a court order of child support. We are glad it will be legal but the amount she is asking is $600 a month for this child. We have a child that is disabled and is ventilator dependant. We are applying for help but our bills are over flowing. I know it is important for my husband and I to help but will the judge take this into consideration. I just want to be fair both ways.
