Long term marriage, no assets just debt

I currently live in Florida, have been married for 25 years and the children are grown. I wish to move to NJ or Pa. to be near my family. The marriage is over. I have been a homemaker for all this time and have contributed monetarily also. Still our unsecured debt is over $100,000. The house is mortgaged beyond its value and I need to know what to expect in regard to my liability for these debts and more importantly, what I can expect in alimony. He makes about $100,000 per year.

Well, depends on the way your state determines liability/debt responsibility. are you a community property state? Any debts incurred in the marriage is pretty much split 50/50. THe job of your divorce attorney is to get most of these debts funneled to your spouse because of his ability to pay, etc.
