lump sum alimony

What is the name of your state? florida
When making application for a contempt hearing based upon the failure to recieve a lump sum alimony award as part of equittable property settlement..does that date of hearing have to be ammiccable to the oppossing party or is the notice of such
sufficent?

Pick the date that the court gives you or if you have the option, pick a date convenient for you.

If the other side has a problem with the date, they can request a continuance of the hearing.
