Maintenance/Need help please

Can anyone on forum tell me how Maintenance (spousal support) is figured or the formula used? (in KY) My husband is retired military though we were married only 9 yrs. and I do not qualify for the "10 year" rule of Military Divorce). His retirement is to be added in however, in his total income of which I will get "some" portion. Additionally, I will not get medical benefits to my understanding, although I became permanently disabled about three years into our marriage.

Does anyone know any information on the "military" that may be helpful to me? Also, our home is for sale and though there is not a lot of equity, will I have to pay half of our bills from my half of equity? (He is not wanting to "give" me anything...since I was forced to make him leave our home because he was killing me verbally and threatening physical abuse.) Would appreciate any advice. Thanks so much! Betty
