Marriage

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida.

Will the ex-wife be able to modify her alimony or child support if my boyfriend (the payee) and I get married?

Thank you.

Tell boyfriend to come here and register himself and type out what his decree actually says.

Your boyfriend should play the same game that women do, keep a separate place and shack up. That should keep the alimony rolling in. Have fun on her dime.

I'm betting the girlfriend wants to get married and boyfriend is using his alimony as an excuse not to get married
