What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Arizona but was married in Las Vegas

Well anyway, I was seeing a girl for over a year, we decided to get married in Vegas Feb 28th 2008, its a disaster , can an annulment be done or if not will I be have to pay alimony, it has been almost 6 months, I was broke when we met and still am, she is broke to, no kids, she has 2 from previous relationships, she is 28 and able to work while her kids are in school, I am on the verge of bankruptcy, also is she responsible for my debts now. If so she may not have a problem getting out fast.

You are not going to have to pay alimony, and neither of you are responsible for debts of the other, that accrued prior to the marriage. Neither of you have to leave the marital home until or unless a judge orders you to.
