I would like to know where can i get Information about Divorcing Military Retired Pay Under The "Law Of USFSPA"? I was married to my Ex-husband for 24years, My Ex-husband was in the Navy for 20years. Where can i go and apply for me to get some of his Retired pay check, that by Law I am Entitled to. Hope to hear from anyone that can help me.
