Military Wife Support during Separation

What is the name of your state? TN and AZ

I am separated from my husband who is in the Air Force. I have serious health problems and cannot work. He still receives the BAH of approximately $340/mo for having a dependant. Since we are separated he has no expenses for me and I feel I should be able to receive a portion of the BAH...Basic Allowance for Housing. He has some serious legal issues which were making my health situation worse so I had to move out. I moved back home to TN and he is stationed in AZ.
