I won my arrears of spousal support and filed the Judgment. I then filled out and filed an Abstract of Judgment to put a lien on real property to collect my judgment. The Abstract of Judgment contained many errors. I filled it in incorrectly. I just finished filling out the form correctly and want to file the new one. Do I tell the clerk the other one was not filled out correctly and can I replace it? Or do I just file it? How do I replace the incorrect on with the corrected one? The property is due to sell in the next couple of weeks.
