moving out of statei have been divorced for 2 years with 50/50 custidy of our 15 yr old daughter. My ex didnt see her but 10% of the time. Now he has moved to New York, we live in san francisco. Making 2 times what he used to. Am I entitled to have an increase in family support because he will not see her very often. thank you |
