Mr.

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida
Need information on the process to make alimony payments go through the state (?) depository system and not from individual to individual. Was not specified in the original decree.

YOu need a garnishment order.

You will need to file for a modification of the order to have it be paid through the SDU.
