What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA
So,I am wondering what the heck,it's kinda pissing me off,hopefully she got remairred,I called her on the 20th and ask her,are you going to cash that ck,she said yes and I said OK goodbye and here it is 8 days later and she still has not cashed it,grow up woman quit playing your games.
One of the reasons we got divorced is because she likes to blow money,so this is kinda of a hard one for me to figure out,usually the ck would be cashed by the 3rd or 4th ,may be she hit the jack pot at a casino,she is one that forsure would try to act like she has it going on and act like she does not need the money and not cash the ck to show me that she is doing good.
I wouldnt dout it if she hasnt been getting in to her half of the retirement money that I was saving for us,she would be getting hit hard with taxes and penalties but she would do it.
Normally this kind of thing would not bother me but the reason it is bothering me is because I just got layed off from a really good job and now have a job that pays less so now I do not want to have that money sitting in my bank account when it really is not my money.
I am so dam tempted to take some money out of a savings account to pay her off,I bicker back and fourth with myself on this one,I tell myself if I just payed her off I wouldnt have to think about it anymore,then I think,why pay her off,I can have that money sitting in the bank and collecting interest and I am not being charged interest on the money I owe her.
Today I am going to go to check if she got remarried at the public records place,but what sucks is if she went out of the county to get remarried,I am not sure how to find out
I dont really know why I wrote this on here,I think I need to just make a sepperate account and put her money in it and pray that she got remarried,she is one of those people that is trying to see how many times she can get married in a life time,it will be #5 for her,or may be #6.so just may be she got remarried.  |
