Need help---really important i dont know where to goWhen i a greed to give up all my stuff to her, i did. My problem now is that the new job i currently have, doesn't pay me enough to pay everything she wants. I signed that i will give her a car, but i currently don't have the resources to pay up.. Now she is really mad and she is suing me because I'm unable to do everything she wants.. I been paying child support , giving off almost all the money i get from the job, I get paid around 800 a month, child support is 500,... My issue with her is that she started doing really bad things to my family. When my wife found that i was wanting to do a divorce she took all the money out of my accounts, she canceled my cell phone...She forced me to go to a legal battle when i agreed on giving everything she wanted, she managed to get a court restriction so i wouldn't be near my daughter. I'm currently living with my family members, because i currently don't have nothing, she took it all.. . And now she wants to get more out of me.. she want her car .... but i been telling her that i don't have a good job... FLorida |

| You have a job that pays $4.16/hour? How is that even possible? Or are you working part time? You could make better money emptying fry baskets at McDonald's.

| Well I need help in finding a lawyer, but i don't have the resource to pay for one too. I'm a truck driver and the job I got, doesn't pay that much. I got pay 10 Bucks per shipment.... sometimes I do 2, sometimes i don't do nothing because the truck is in really bad condition.. Well my wife already sent an order to arrest me because " I wasn't able to give her everything I promised" by that I mean the car she wanted me to get... now I don't know what to do, |

| It was wrong to do that, about the job I'm looking for a better job, Right now I am unable to get a better job because I don't have a high school diploma, plus She has an order of arrest. so if i get to the jobs that pay more. I would have to travel longer distances in trucks, and she would find were I am... It is really hard for me.... I wish that anybody could help me find more information on contracting a lawyer, that isn't expensive because i cannot afford it... Please h |

| Contact the local Bar Association and ask for a list of lawyers that do pro bono work. Call Legal Aid in your area. Get your GED.

| is this even real? how could she get you barred from your daughter? minimum wage pays more than you make....and most min wage jobs don't really require a diploma...how is cs more than 50% of your income? there are rules preventing that- did the court find you voluntarily under-employed? |

Sorry, but there's no way that a driver would earn that little, unless you are an undocumented worker/illegal alien whose boss saw the opportunity of a lifetime to get work done without actually paying for it. I do know the number 1 thing you should do is get a job- a real job that pays at least min. wage, and if you are a legal worker, you should also report your employer. EDIT: I just realized you mentioned that the truck you drive is in bad condition- do you OWN the truck? If so, get a hold of a broker who can set you up with some real loads to do. If it's a company owned truck, and in any way unsafe, you need to report it to the DOT right away. Even an owner-operator can earn more than $10 a load even with the insane fuel prices. | Unless of course he does not have a CDL license and is working under the table doing paid "favors" for people he meets and knows he has a truck. Or he collects scrap.

Hopefully, he'll actually post what his court orders say and maybe we'll know for sure. |

| For the job question - Supposedly I should get higher wages but because of some problems with the employer truck i been getting less than 200 a week (which is about 750 USD a month) some The employer doesn't care of the condition of the truck.. H I decided to change job and my new job offer is 10 an hour... doing 40 hours a week, I haven't received pay because i just changed to that job, 2 When i was signing the divorce paper I agreed on everything even to give her the car and other payments (does payments do not include the payment for child support which i currently pay 500 USD a month) 3 In child support i went a little bit behind because i didn't have enough although i did partially paid.. 4 she got an arrest warrant because i wasn't able to go to court. I she was able to get the arrest warrant 5 when i signed divorce agreed to give of my rights to her, i couldn't fight over due to the cost of maintaining the lawyers ( about 250 usd an hour) thus i was forced to agree to be only able to visit her on weekend 6 the car is also the issue.... 7for the undocumented comment, alien... I am a US citizen 8I have a class C license to drive trucks so that not a problem 9 In there everybody gets paid 10 bucks per shipment no exceptions 10 good thing I am changing job 11 Just to let you all know I am writing on behalf of the person, i am his cousin and trying to help him... and we are looking for help, and advices on what I can do... he is living with us right now....
