Need some advice asap


What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? az
hi i just find out my wife finalize a divorce case which have the final decision was made by the court on March this year.
I have not receive any papers or any information regarding my divorce from my ex wife.At the moment I dont know what to do or whats my next step in that case because the decision was made without even evolving me into ''my divorce'' and it sas that im supposed to pay 750 $ a month which i dont even work so wht do i do i need a answer asap please

First, go to the courthouse and get a copy of the court orders. You need to know exactly what they say before you take any action.

Then, go get a consult with a local attorney for an opinion.

Were you available to be served? If you were, and she didn't serve you, then you definitely can take some action. If you were NOT available to be served, and she served you by publication, you may not be able to take any action.

Sounds like the typical railroading that courts give to men.

If he isn't working, just HOW is he supposed to pay the $750 a month whether he was served properly or not???

mARCH 2009? He may very well be within the time to appeal the decision. He should MOVE quickly.
