new hearing in a different state

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? OK and Fl

I was married for four years no children. I unfortunately retained a less expensive lawyer and am now paying the price. My lawyer did not show up at the pretrial infact he and i went to our trial thinking it was the pretrial (per my attorney) none of my paper work was complete and long story short i am really in trouble. I only make 2300 a month and the judge awarded my ex 1200 a month plus about 5,ooo in credit cards. I tried to get another trial with a new attorney (this time i paid a LOT more) i was denied.

I moved out of state and I have been paying her what I can which i will be complete honest is not what the judgement is for, i pay only half. I just dont have enough to live on. Is there anything i can do to go back to court? She does work but its a new buisness so there is no profit yet. She is coinhabitatiing with get this.. the man she cheated on me with.... but i have no proof, i filed for the divorce but like an idiot claimed differences not adultery trying to make this nice and easy....

ill say this i learned a lot of what not to do during a divorce....

am i pretty much screwed? i dont want to continue to break the law as i know its wrong... i just dont want to loose my car or end up living in it.... i also have been paying our tax debt off as well with a monthly payment.. yet another thing i must pay.

please any help would be great.. i am in fl, the case was in ok.

how long was i ordered

four years or 45,000.

funny thing is, is that i only made about 1200.00 a month when we were married.. she didnt work much, she would quit her jobs often. I was in school at the time too..... the reason i have to pay so much i guess is because she didnt work much when we were married.. but we also lived in a cramped cheap apt.. she lives in a high rise now in expensive downtown...we were separated for about a year and a half.. because i was trying to fix things... but when she said she wanted an open marriage enough was enough and i filed..

She is obviously not paying for an expensive downtown highrise on your 1/2 of the 1200.00 that you were ordered to pay her, so where is her income/living expenses coming from?

What is your degree?

i suppose from the man she cheated on me with and i think she might be getting disability now, she could be making money taking band pictures etc.., i have no idea.... im not sure because i dont think i can check on that...what i do know is that she moved in with said guy when we were still married (she left me) and the living situtation has not changed.... i just want a new fair trial..

is it possible does anyone know? the judge said no.. i was denied

being that im not paying the full amount i doubt he will agree to change of circumstance..

oh and i have a computer degree
