Non modifiable alimony agreement

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Pennsylvania
3 years ago when the economy was good i entered into a agreement as stated. I owned my own business building custom homes. since that time the economy went south. i lost all of the houses i had on the market including the one i was living in. i paid my ex 250 thousand dollars cash and gave her our house valued at 650 thousand dollars. i was to pay 4500.00 a month for child support and alimony, which i now can not pay. the child support is only 1000.00 a month. every time i go to court they tell me the agreement can't be changed. I listened to my past attorney who led me to believe this was a good deal & if i didn't take it the courts would, and it would be worse. HELP! do i have any options? I'm at the end of my rope. I've lost every thing.

What does the current order say and when was it made?

What is your current income compared to Mom's income? How much has it changed?

If it is NON MODIFIABLE then it cannot be modified.

Nothing stated by me should be taken as giving you legal advice or forming an attorney/client relationship. The devil is in the details after all.
