NYS Child Support Guidelines

What is the name of your state? NEW YORK

I have 3 children, ages 18, 16 and 13 and am separated. Unfortunately I do not have regular contact with my kids, as my ex wife has made things bad. My daughter is supposedly enrolled full time in college, but I suspect she is only going part time.

Am I required to pay child support for an almost 19 year old who only goes to school part time, and works part time ??

Any info is helpful - Thanks

If she is not considered emancipated under the law (and part-time employment doesn't qualify for emancipation), you are required to pay support until the age of 21 in NYS.
