Ohio child support law

My former spouse has agreed to grant me full custody of my two children. I have had the paperwork drawn up, and am waiting for her to sign them. My children have lived with me in Michigan since Jan 21, 2009 and she now resides in Seattle, Wa. Our divorce was filed in the state of Ohio. Is there a law that states how long the children have to physically live with me before I can stop paying support? I am still currently paying 600.00 dollars to her in support, and she is not signing the paperwork.

If you cannot have a criminal record, then don't commit criminal acts - seems simple enough.

Until the court orders otherwise.

Nothing stated by me should be taken as giving you legal advice or forming an attorney/client relationship. The devil is in the details after all.
