Parental Rights Terminated

What is the name of your state? South Carolina

if my parental rights are terminated...am i still required to pay child support?

It depends. If they were terminated so that someone else can adopt the child (and does), then you're not required to pay support. But if your rights are terminated and there is noone adopting the child - you still support him/her. You just have no rights to visitation, information, etc.
