My parents were just in court figuring out how to divide up assets and alimony. My mother left my father and I when I was 15 for 8 months and came back then left again when I was 21. Both times were for another man!! I tried to testify for my father buth the judge was upset that I was even there. Are there any laws or cases that anyone knows about that could help my father? He has always been very generous and now she has taken everything from him for cheating and leaving her family!

Get another lawyer and ask to bring a motion to amend any orders already in place.
