paying alimony State (ohio) cannot find ex


What is the name of your state? OH
I am in the military have been paying the ex since 98 she did not leave a forward address to the support agency so the money is sitting in a ( unclaimed) account it has been sitting there since 02 what if she does not show up to claim it??? And I am still paying.....

AND THEN

please post back since I want to know the answer too!

One person I talked to said it will sit there ( and I will not get it back) unless she died, and another guy I talked to told me to find a good lawyer and see if he can convince a judge to order a stop payment or at least get some of my loot back. By the way the state of OH is collecting intrest on the money in that "unclaimed" account.....that 44 payment that is unclaimed sofar.
