What is the name of your state? My state is South Carolina. My husband and I left a pension fund to our son in 1984 when he retired from his first job. While in the process of a divorce, from his wife, and my husband dieing in 1997, her lawyer is trying to claim this pension as his income. I say it is a gift from my husband and an inheritance. Need help!!!!!!
