My name is Stacy. My mother and father is disvorced as of Feb 2005. In the decree it says that he has to pay spousal support ot my disabled mother. He has not payed one thin dime to her, alwys saying that he doesnt have any money. I even called that low life and he totally ignores me. He thinks that RULES dont apply to him and that he is special. My mother cant afford a lawyer, and niehter can I for I am disabled and income VERY LIMITED. I have to sacrifice everymonth (without my mother knowing) to give her money for food and medicine becuse my fahter will not. I called the legal aid in Virginia and they tell me they cant help becase they have no resourses. I even called the clerks office and they gave me the run around. CAN ANYONE HERE TELL ME WHAT FORMS THAT I NEED TO FILL OUT TO TAKE MY SCUMBAG FATHER TO COURT? I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE IT, BECAUSE I HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO GET NO HELP FORM THE "POWERS THAT BE" IT SEEMS THAT THEY HAVE NO REGARDS FOR THE POOR. |
