poor man in Virginia WINS!!! I hope.

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Virginia. Well I just got back from my big court date, and the judge said since neither one of us had any money, that neither one of us could get anything. But if she wants to appeal to The Circuit Court she can.... she left the courthouse without filing it then, so hopefully thats it, and this crazy crap will be done and over. In the meantime i'm going to start saving money for a lawyer just in case, and if I end up not needing one i'll buy my son something nice... mayby a guitar!
