Does anyone know the process for QDRO? I cannot seem to get an answer from anyone. I called the company today that the courts put in my divorce papers who are doing it. They informed me that they were waiting on Attorney approval ( my ex's). I called there and her assisstant said that the Company had messed up the QDRO and she was going to call them this afternoon. She had told me this same exact thing last month and it was supposed to be corrected. My divorce was final on Sept 13th, does this mean that if they are waiting on Attorney approval that they still have to send it to the Judge and it still has to go through the Courts. Or does it go straight to my ex's pension plan were they release it. If this still has to go to the Judge how long do you think this will take? Thank you!
