Quick Claim deed- Arkansas

I am getting an uncontested divorce. I owned the home from a prior marriage and my present husbnad is not on it. Actually it is still under my previously married name with my son as benefiiciary. Will I still need a quick claim deed?

it's probably not a bad idea. Obviously he would have a marital interest in the equity increase that occurred during your marriage.

we have only been married for 7 months.. not much equity in that time. That is why I was wondering.

No, you really don't need a quit claim deed.
