Recently Divorced

What is the name of your state? I am a resident in the state of Ga. here is my situation. I recently divorced and am retired from the military. We had an uncontested divorce using the same lawyer. My retirement pay from military was not an issue at the time. I did tell her she was entitled to part of it and she was aware of it but she didnt asked for any of it. I didnt think of it at the time and my ex didnt bring it up how ever now that the divorce is final can she come back at a later time and say she wants part of my military retirement pay?

Why should it be an issue now or later??
