Don't look a gift horse in the mouth. Did the other party stipulate this concession in court and did the judge sign off??

You can request reimbursement of alimony paid from the date you filed for modification .

reimbursement

i didn't ask for reimbursement that day in court, when i filed for modification.
i simply ask that it be dropped because the other party was cohabitiating and since my wages were being garnished that it be taken off my wage attachment, they have been
living together for 6yrs but i only have proof since 03. on my court day they stipulated no more spousal support very agreeably, that got me thinking after all these years why so easy.. we were married for 10yrs 11mths.. the first time i tried to get rid of the alimony because of cohabitating the judge just reduce it... so i guess all i can do is ask.. after all
i just pro per..

If you didn't ask for it then, its really too late to ask for it now.
