Depends upon the exact wording of your order. Does it state that it is modifiable? If so, under what conditions?
Also:

How recent is the order?
Was the market value different at the time of the order than it is today?
Are you renting at a loss voluntarily (that is, are you renting for less than market value to a friend? Are you intentionally reducing the market value by being unreasonably restrictive on your rental conditions)?
