The rights of an ExWhat is the name of your state? Washington State My parents have been divorced for many years. My father is remarried and living in California. My mother lives in Montana. Is my mother entitled to receive a portion of my father's social security when he retires? If this is stated in their divorce decree, how does it apply when my father decides to retire? |
