rights to support, house and car in divorce

What is the name of your state? NY

i moved out of my house 11 months ago, at my wife's insistance, hoping time and space would heal the relationship. she seems set on a divorce. should i move back in? am i at a disadvantage because i am the one maintaining a separate residence? is it significant that my parents paid off the mortgage and bought the car? do wives have more right to spousal support than husbands? it has not always been the case, but my wife is now making more money than i am. we have been married 26 years.

thanks for any help anyone can provide.

who's name is the house and car in?

if she wants a Divorce, give her one, you file using your own terms..... beat her to the jump and ask for alimony, half of everything, all they can do is say NO right??
