| What does your court order say about cohabitating? Also, you need to be sure that your state has changed the law, and in what way.

| There is nothing in my order but a summary of the law change is; Continued Cohabitation. R460 (Act#328, H3823) amends § 20-3-130 and § 20-3-150 pertaining to the termination of alimony to provide for termination upon the "continued cohabitation" of the supported spouse. Defines "continued cohabitation" and applicable length of residency . Effective 6/18/02. 20-3-150 defines continued cohabitation as a romantic realationship for a period of 90 days. How could this be proved? Thanks ![]() |
