Section 71

What is the name of your state? Wisconsin
I presently make court ordered spousal support payments through the Wisconsin Support Collections Trust Fund (WI SCTF). These payments were mandated as Section 71 and are taken out of my paycheck by the state. The amount agreed upon was settled when my income was $20,000 higher annually. I have requested a reduction by the Clerk of Courts and he refused. Can this amount be adjusted? How about the length of time? I was married for 19 years and the support payments are for 7 years at $700.00 per month. My ex-wife has an income $5,000 per year lower than mine.
