What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Michigan
My wife has announced her intention to separate. We have been married for 15 years and have two children who, for the time being at least, will remain with me. What are my obligations regarding her support if any. My employer has, voluntarily, been paying her health insurance premiums. If the company discontinues doing this am I responsible for these expenses? During the 15 year period we have both held jobs. What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

Please don't allow her health insurance to be cancelled. That would be a huge no-no and could cause you considerable grief. You cannot cancel or allow her health insurance to be cancelled until a divorce is final.
