seperated/spousal support

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? new mexico
I live in NM & want to know if there is spousal suport in this state. I have been married since 1/15/00 & my husband moved out 10/09/08. He is not paying any bills. I have applied for dissability but not yet approved and I am unemployed. There are extensive medical bills as well as monthly medications I need and the basic household expences. I am affriad of loosing everything as I have been unable to find any employment.

We cannot and will not pay your bills. As to whether you will get spousal support, we can't tell you that either. Does your husband work? What is his income? What marital assets exist?
