| self supporting nurse married 3 1/2 years live in florida....no property,kids..husband moved to jamaica 5 months ago filed for divorce last week.....due to husband's wishes cohabitated only first year of marriage..maintained separate households for 2 1/2 years.....last 4 months husband has been financially assisting me to pay bills as my salary has declined and his increased....will I have any luck with the court system to get temporary alimony or am I wasting my time trying to take him to court? |
