State Name: Georgia

i am not u.s. citizen but my former boyfriend is. he's from state of georgia (athens). we met in the u.k. (october 2000) and i'm on 29th week of pregnancy. he refuses to give his last name to our child. he's afraid that the child will automatically become his inheritor. i live in the developing country (georgia-former u.s.s.r.) and my income is very small to raise a child as a single mother. based on the all above-mentioned i am interested if i have any legal right to:

1.require his family name and u.s. citizenship to be given to our child, and

2.require from him some minimal support to raise the child so that the kid grows without basic needs

thanks a lot
