Spousal and alimony

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Arizona
I would like how long do you have to be married to receive alimony and spousal support, My husband abandoned me and my son without a excuse, and living with another girl. Me and my husband were together since 1994 living together and in 2006 we got married will the court considered the years we were together without being married for spousal support? need info please

No.

You need to file for divorce and child support - it's highly unlikely you'll get any alimony/support based on a 3-year marriage.
